In this role of Creative Producer you will report in to our Marketing Director and will lead the Creative Services team of 4. 

Key accountabilities

Coordinates and implements all creative processes for the creative design team and the photostudio, to ensure:

• Guidance and instruction to production and design staff , freelancers and vendors is provided in timely, efficient and structured manner;
• Briefs are clear & internal and external processes are aligned;
• Allocation of time, people and resources is well managed in a timely, efficient and structured manner;
• Agreements for the delivery of services and resources are respeected;
• Agreed timetables and budgets for productions are established and maintained;
• All assests are checked and ensured within accordance with brand and style guidelines set by art direction and brief;
• For the whole division of creative services and its staff are Efficient, effective, and within budget are ensured.

Prioritizes all creative processes, to ensure:

• Projects are finalized in time if necessary;
• Planned ahead where possible
• Teams work and division of work load is properly managed
• Time-sensitive bottlenecks are overseen in time and problem solutions are provided

Works closely with relevant stakeholders, to ensure:

• A good alignment between internal and external parties is ensured;
• The connection between the creative and commercial side of the process is made and aligned;
• An effective exchange of briefs information and deliverables is ensured;
• Good working relationships are established and maintained.

Manages and monitors budgets, to ensure:

• Projects are adhering to approved budgets;
• Manufacturing costs are reduced if possible;
• Freelance costs are monitored and optimized.

Knowledge & Experience
