In order to be relevant we need to be ahead of trends, looking to places that consumer’s don’t know exist ….. yet. Trend and marketplace information allow us to build consumer right product, available at the right time and in their favourite stores.

For us it is more than just making product, it is about inspiring our consumers to get outside, and building product that empowers them to be outside for longer – and the product management team lead this process – finding the right mix of technicality, performance and style. The process involves working with merchandisers, designers, developers and our commercial team to build the right product and take it all the way to consumers.

In this role of Associate Product Line Manager, you will report in to our Category Management team who lead our product segments. Day to day tasks will involve historical sales analysis and product briefing, management, tracking and reporting.

Must have skills involve an understanding of who we are, our consumer, our marketplace and the overall surf and snow industries. You will also need to become an expert in our systems and processes.

You will work closely with all teams on managing the end to end process from concept to execution, aligned to our overall strategies and business needs.
